To join, post your IGN, level, and character class in the original thread[enforums.elswordonline.com] per Gravitia's directions. Also specify that you are on steam as well as your exact Steam handle, it makes things a lot easier. An invite will be sent for you to accept.

When you are in game (regardless if the Elsword account is linked or not, for those of you playing multiple accounts) and want to start/join a secrets run, log on to the group chat and state which dungeons you'd like to do. From there you can choose to wait for additional group members to appear or use the auto-party system, but do remember to exit the group chat to avoid confusion!
