关于 AoM:EE League

Welcome to the official AoM:EE League Steam group !

Rules of the league :

1. General rules

Players register to the league, each player has to play all 3 other players from his group in best of 2's, once everybody has played their matches, the top 2 from each group will make it to the playoffs.
All games are played on the Blind pick mod.

2. Joining the league

In order for you to play in the league, you will need to join this Steam group and submit the following information : Steam nickname (please do not change your name once you submit one) your timezone in GMT and your nationality.

3. In-game rules

The in-game rules are both simple and fair for everyone, there will be a draft process for determinating which maps will be played alongside a veto system to prevent mapscrews.

4. Groupstage draft/vetos

For the groupstage, each player has to play everyone once in a best of 2, the map pool is the one included in the Random Map pack. Both players will ban 1 map leaving 8 remaining in the pool (10 maps in total). A-B for the bans, and B-A for the picks. Winning 2-0 will award you 3 points and tieing 1-1 will award 1 point to each player, obviously losing 0-2 will not award you any point. Regarding the veto, each player has one veto per match (not per game, per match) and if they want to veto a map, it has to be said in the game chat before the 2:30 minute mark and the game will be replayed on another version of the same map.

The top player in the pool will be player A, and the bottom one will be player B. u can find the pool lists in the challonge link.

5. Playoffs draft/vetos

Every match will be a best of 3, except for the semi-finals that will be best of 5 and the finals best of 7.
The first player(A) to ban will be the player who signed up before the other player(B).

For the best of 3's the draft will be processed like this : A-B bans, leaving 6 maps remaining, B-A for the picks and the 3rd map being randomly picked out of the 6 maps remaining (we will use random.org to pick the remaining map). 1 veto per player.

For the semi-finals, A-B for the bans, B-A-B-A for the picks, and the 5th map randomly picked out of the 4 remaining. Each player has one veto still.

And for the finals, A-B for the bans, B-A-B-A-B-A for the picks, and the 7th map randomly picked out of the 2 remaining. Each player has two vetos.

All the recorded games in the playoffs that are valid/no restores will be uploaded by the caster.

6.Prize money

Any donation that is gathered during the season will be added to the prize pool for the players!

EELeague Season 8 conclusion!

Hey everyone!

Season 8 has come to an end. And what kind of end was it!
Congratulations to IKARO for beating shelty 4-3 in the finals!

This is ofcourse never the end for EELeague though, expect season 9 to happen sometime this year likely.

We are very far ahead of schedule, since according to it we had 4 days of groupstage so far. In order to not suddenly be left without games for a while we are cutting the deadline by 1 week aswell, so 31st of may will be the new deadline for the Groupstage
