Dogbert's New Ruling Class was origionally created to set up multiplayer matches in Victoria 2 where it's Supreme Grand Poobah found that the metaservers were surprisingly empty. However, over the course of thirty seconds after clicking the "create group" button, the SGP (or admin, as those bound to be slaves when Dogbert achieves world domination call the post) in question realized something. Why not open up the group to players of ALL awsome strategy games that said Admin owns, therefore NEVER AGAIN having to deal with horrendous connection, idiotic allies, or hacking opponents!? It was an idea almost as brilliant as putting acorns on plates. Dogbert's New Ruling Class was borne.
