THE ADMIN'S CODE

* Whenever possible, admins should hide the fact that they have powers. Minges are more likely to cause trouble when they don't know they are being watched. If a minge knows there is an admin online he may wait until the admin leaves to cause trouble, and it is infinitely better to catch them when someone with power is on.

* Give players the benefit of the doubt. The first time there's a problem with a user, remind them that they just broke a server rule. Do not kick someone without a warning first (unless they are obviously trying to crash the server).

* Don't lose your temper. You're an admin now. That means that you no longer have to worry about standard RP concerns. You have a toolgun, so you can weld props. You have infinite money, so you can buy another gun. You have godmode, so you can't be killed. There is no reason for you to fly off the handle at anyone. If a player starts shooting you while you have godmode on, tell them to knock it off. If they keep doing it, slay them. If they continue, demote them. If they still persist, then you can kick them.

* Refrain from cursing. You represent this server, and as mentioned above, there should be no reason for you to get angry. If you scream "♥♥♥♥ YOU ♥♥♥!!1!" into the chat channels, you are disrespecting the server and the players connected. Conflicts should be handled with a cool head and a calm, respectful tone.

* Use good judgment. Admin powers are a big responsibility. You have been chosen because you have demonstrated the ability to make good decisions. With this responsibility comes privileges. If you feel the server can handle having toolgun turned on, it's your decision. If there's an argument between two players, and they ask you for help, it's up to you to arbitrate. Always keep in mind that the player who broke SERVER RULES is the one at fault.

1. Prop Spamming Will Get You Banned.
- This is a bannable offence. If we catch someone trying to crash the server, deathmatch, or block areas with props they will be banned.

2. Don't Touch Other People's ♥♥♥♥.
- People work hard to make their stores and constructions. Because minges with toolguns can ruin a server, we've had to be careful who we give a toolgun to. If you unfreeze or move someone else's props you will be punished, then kicked/banned if you continue.

3. New Life Rule
- Let me explain this through an example. If a gangster kills a cop, but there were no witnesses, the same cop CAN come back and arrest the gangster that killed him (or a non-cop can report his own murder to the police). If the cop tries to get even, the gangster is allowed to kill the cop as many times as he wants, as long as it is CLEAR that the cop is trying to jail or arrest him. However, once the gangster is killed/arrested, he is absolved of his crimes, and the two parties are considered "even".

4. Listen To The Admins.
- If we tell you to stop doing something, for God's sake stop doing it. We don't want to have to kick you, but if you just ignore us then we really don't have a choice.

5. Do not ask us for a toolgun or admin powers.
- We hand pick our admins, and each one is trained and given a code to play by. If you think you can handle the responsiblity, and can prove it to us, there is a section in the forums to apply.

* Let me finish by saying this:
- If a cop arrests you and you don't know why, get your mayor to demote him. It is not our job to come unarrest you. We reserve our admin powers for the people who break server rules. There are steps set up in-game for you to solve conflicts. If someone is mingeing, and you really need us, push the admin button (if it's up), or if we're not online send a Steam Message.
