Rules for this clan. -}dѿ${-
For this group to mean anything and for us to thrive we need a few rules. Rules that mean something because they'll result in an expulsion if broken constantly, and we'll only invite people that already do this in the future:

#1. Must use the mic well.

What this includes:
- Quick, efficient, few-syllables-as-possible useful calls
- Strat calling / sharing pre-round intelligently
- Trying to be quiet when dead (death cam excepted - but you can expect your teammates to have excellent sound and play better without added distractions of you calling what they can interpret for themselves)

What this absolutely NEVER includes:
- ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! That guy is walling! What the ♥♥♥♥ was that?! These guys are cheating! etc...
- Any other form of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ negativity.
- Blame / Arguing / ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ - deal with it via PM or after the game.

#2. Playing as a team is more important than individual score -- getting a couple extra kills at the expense of your teammates getting shot in the back and the round being lost is unacceptable. Support your teammates. Play patiently and be aware of your team.

This means trying to be aware of where your teammates are looking, what they're doing, and covering the angles they aren't. This means being aware of money & the bomb and not buying when the rest of your team is saving.

Communicate if necessary.

Example 1: This means never trying to push out of impatience or to try to get an extra kill and move up the scoreboard when on the defending team -- when you can instead cover your teammates & spot patiently defend and win as a team.

Example 2: When on the attacking team, running ahead impatiently with a shotty while someone else is trying to work slowly to a bombsite with an AWP is not nearly as good as slowly walking with them and covering their back while they look ahead with the scope and try to pick enemies. Attacking can take patience sometimes too .

LOSING is when a person's character comes out and when a team is truly tested. A winning team plays better under pressure, not worse -- because everyone on the team fiercely wants to win & not be responsible for the team's losing rounds.

Anyone can have a bad round, and we are all allowed to have a bad game.

What we need to enforce is character -- and that means no blaming / ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about teammates on mic / arguing during the game EVER.

All DireWolves players should come into their own when losing. They should be those rare players that start to play slightly better, and squeeze out some extra kills & try to keep the team spirit
