The HumbleBundle has all the Civ 5 up for $15!
I should specifiy it's the base game plus the two major DLCs/expansions.

Still a crazy awesome deal.

II'm a huge Civ fan, so... I grabbed it. (Oh, it also raises money for charity)

There's even an option for forums!
