To get straight to the point, the more people that attend our in-game events, the more excitement that will be brought. Due to this, I would like to schedule events where most players are online and able to join so please assist me by answering these questions below:

What times are you available to play on? (must be guaranteed answer)
What game would you recommend for the group as a whole to play on?

For the first question, please be specific. Here is an answer I don't want:
I can play on Saturday and Sunday at 6:00 PM.

Here is answer I want:

I can play on Saturdays and Sundays at 6:00- 8:00 PM (your timezone).
