Today was a day of loss. On this day, I have noticed the oncoming storm. I do not wish to partake in this, but I do warn all Factions to beware the Legion and the New Ottoman Empire. I have saw them destroy people, destroy Nations, and declare war on the Neutral. With the NCR destroyed, the only light in this never-ending darkness has been extinguished. I have seen them push around factions smaller than themselves. On this day, 1-21-14, I declare my own Neutrality in the upcoming conflicts. I do not want to get involved in the least, nor do I want any war that will come in the near future. I will not choose a side in any conflicts, but I wish to remain at my best. If any other so far Neutral Faction agrees, please sign this statement to agree to the terms.

TERMS OF NEUTRALITY:

- You must not trade with Nations at War
- You must not Assist any Nations at War
- You must not Attack any Nations at War
- You cannot have any Alliances in a Current War
- You may not have Members in your Faction
who are in another at War
- You must not Declare War on any Faction
- You must not have an Ongoing War

If you would like to sign said statement, please sign it along with the Name of your Faction. I would like to note one thing. Attacking a Neutral Faction will create an Alliance among the Factions who have signed this agreement, therefore effectively outnumbering anyone in the event of an attack. Attacking a Neutral Faction is a crime, and is not honorable. The people who sign this agreement want to be out of the conflict, not immerse themselves in it.

You must renew this pact every two weeks starting on Friday, January 24th, 2014. Meetings will be held on Neutral Territory between all diplomatic bodies who sign this pact.

I, Niko Bloshcovits, Leader of the Dark Mobsters and the White Glove Society, Declare Neutrality with all Current Factions and hope to remain out of any Future Conflicts.
