Server Rules

General
Racism is allowed but prohibited in OOC completely.
Excessive racism is not allowed. (If you're warned by multiple players or a staff member to stop, and you do not it will result in a gag/mute)
No cheating of any sort.
If you wish to AFK, you must be either hobo, or citizen class with no rp items spawned.
You may be shot for pickpocketing someone by anyone who witnesses it and the victim.


Raiding
You must wait 10 minutes before you can raid again, and 25 minutes if it’s the same person.
You have 7 minutes to raid; this time is extended to add 10 more minutes should there be money making entities inside the base to camp (IE: Printers etc.).
Once you step foot onto a player's property that's considered raiding, and you may be shot without warning. (The Sidewalk Is NOT Your Property)
You MAY raid as ANY class. (Except Mayor/Cops, unless you have a proper warranted RP reason)


Terrorists
You must /advert Terror in order to mass kill.
You must wait 20 minutes after you've committed terror acts.
Terror may only last for 5 minutes unless killed.


Mugging
You may mug for a maximum of $35,000.
You must give the victim at least 10 seconds to comply with demands.
You must wait 5 minutes before mugging.
You must wait 15 minutes before mugging the same person.


Kidnapping
You may kidnap and demand a ransom of maximum of $75,000 for non-government officials, and $250,000 for government officials.
You may keep a hostage for maximum of 15 minutes.
You must wait 15 minutes before kidnapping someone again, and 30 minutes before kidnapping the same person again.


Evading
Leaving to evade RP events, or punishments, is unacceptable.


PD & Bank
You may break out prisoners.
Law Enforcement may not baton-rush during PD/Bank Raids.
Law Enforcement do not have NLR cooldowns when defending PD.


Minge Raids
You may not raid a base that clearly has nothing inside.


Cop Rules
Randomly Arresting people is not allowed this includes stun sticks.
Unarresting people without a valid RP reason is not allowed!
The improper use of Warranting will result in punishment!


Adverts
All role-play events must have an advert that clearly identify the action, without misunderstanding or ambiguity.
You may not chain your adverts (IE: /advert raid/kidnap/mug), they must be separate and clear.
They must be done before the event starts, and when it is over.
You must wait 30 seconds between each RP event advert.
You may only advertise in English.


Warnings
You may warn someone via an /advert. You may only warn people for justifiable reasons, and you must warn them twice, leaving 2 seconds between each warn equaling 4 seconds' total.


Countering
Law Enforcement do not need to advertise a counter. (Countering an RP event must be done with probable cause IE: To prevent a crime).
You must wait 15 minutes before countering again.


Random Death Match
The act of un-provoked assault, whether a kill is involved or not, is unacceptable.
You must do so with a reasonable “role-play” reason.


New Life Rule
After death, you must ‘forget’ everything in your previous lives.
This excludes friends, place of residence, occupation and your money.
This includes the person(s) involved with your death and place of death for 3 minutes.
If you died while defending your base, you may not go back to your base for 6 minutes.


Spawn
Spawn is non-RP. You may not abuse the spawn’s RP protection.
RP is entered the moment you interfere with the environment in anyway (IE: Equipping a weapon/Running out of spawn).
This protection is from then on removed.
No Spawn Killing/Camping OR shooting out from inside spawn. (Waiting for someone to leave outside the spawn tunnels is considered Spawn Camping/Killing)
You may not run in to spawn to avoid RP.


Printers
All printers must be accessible via normal standards of a raid -They cannot be placed out of reach of “regular players”.


Demotions
May only be carried out with legitimate role-play reasons.
Administrator situations and external reasons are not legitimate reasons to carry out a demotion.


Problems
Do not cause problems in the community.
Any disrespectful attitude that is not justifiable, discriminatory, abusive or immoral is not tolerated.
Problems also include anything that exerts unnecessary variables, such as disrupting admin situations.


Third-Party Software & Exploits
The use of any third-party software or equipment, to gain a beneficial or economical advantage, is unacceptable.
You may use an auto-clicker if you were online and at your keyboard.
The use or gratification of any glitches or exploits are unacceptable.
If one is found, report it to the Owner.
Using one to your, or someone else’s advantage is unacceptable.


Compliance & Punishment
An admin’s word is law.
If you have a problem with it then seek a higher authority, but under no circumstances take action into your own hands.
You are not permitted, and the incident will go un-dealt with. Furthermore, any punishment issued is absolute.
Any form of evading punishment is not tolerated (IE: LTAP/Name Changing).


Advertisement & Content
The advertisement of anything that is not affiliated with DankestRP is unacceptable.
Any profiles, links, invitations or URLs must be allowed by an online staff member before sharing.
Furthermore, any content that is not of appropriate material (IE: Age/Religious/Racist) is unacceptable and disallowed.


Scamming
You may not attempt or actually scam any person(s) of anything out-of-game related.
This includes the selling of in-game money (or other resources) for real-life money – this will warrant your in-game currency to be reset.


Refunds
Refunds are not right-worthy.
They can only be given at the server’s fault. (IE: Crash or forced closure). (In This Case type !refund)
Refunds are not given during player disputes, nor at player’s fault (IE: Local crash/leaving server/connection issues).


Language
In OOC, English is the only language that may be spoken.


Building
1. Build efficiently For example, don't use 4 1x1 phx plates when you can use a 2x2 Large. Lag-filled bases will be removed without warning.
2. Only 3 fading doors per enterance. The Fading door must always be toggled.(No timer).
3. You're allowed to block off enterances to your base as long as there's still another way to get in.
4. No hitbox glitching at all.
5. Your base may extend a few feet out from your enterance as long as your props are not in the street, or blocking any public area.
6. You may not run in and out of a Fading Door in order to gain an advantage against raiders. If you are running from someone you may only run in to your base if they have lost vision on you.
7. Fading doors may not be infront of doors.
8. You may not head glitch or create a hitbox cade in order to receive an advantage against the attackers.
9. Which ever player owns the most doors in a building is considered the owner, and the other player must sell their doors.
10. You may not build during raid this goes for both defender/raider.
11. If you wish to build in peace place a clear max size textscreen infront of your base. You must not have any rp items inside while your sign is up.
12. You may not spam a fading door open and closed at all during a raid. Once opened it must stay opened until the raid is over.
13. The use of props may only be for building purposes.
14. You may not abuse props in a way to gain advantages for yourself/someone else (Incl: Surfing, Climbing, Blocking and pushing).
15. This includes blocking off NPCs in anyway.
16. You may not use no-collided props to your advantage. (Running in and out of a prop to shoot someone)


Hitman
No placing hits on "On Duty Staff" under no circumstances.
Must wait 10 minutes before placing a hit on someone twice.
