First one is a Steam interface skin. They posted it on the new update page when you log out or off of Steam. So far it's not bad and it's kind of nice.

The next one is a script that helps with perfomance and has some bindings that are helpful, not annoying. I suggest checking out the Steam forum page to see if you like it.
