Seeing as the new Mannpower update introduced a "Plague" debuff, I thought I'd incorporate it into the Outbreaker to harken back to the TFC Medic.

Probably not since the Infection knife already has that debuff.

Ah, it's fine. The feedback helps to figure out the 'best" way so nothing is underpowered or overpowered.

I added Advanced Weaponiser weapons to the second section.

We are doing another round of what maps should be removed to make room for new ones.

I moved the push reduction to the Iron Boots, but has -10% movement penalty (so you have to trade some of the bonus movement speed for the push force reduction).

Not sure if it's a server problem, but I was playing on your server when an aimbot joined. He joined mid round and was using an aimbot and I think something to make him laggy because he had a high ping and probably was exploiting the lag compensation. He played the entire round until the map changed without problems, basically spawn camping the enemy team the whole round without even using an custom or non stock weapons.

Now the hacker isn't the issue. The problem is that all of the voting systems for kicking are either disabled or admin only, and the server obviously didn't detect his hacking. Most of the server ended up quiting because there was no point in playing. Kind of boring and annoying when no one could do anything about it. :/

Please post the information on who the hacker on the "Ban List and Appeal" discussion. I did disable voting mainly because I just wanted to disable the abliity to extend the map, but at the moment I can't.

But I will turn on voting back on Monday when I do the changelog.
