Immobile Sentry

Reduce the damage resistance while spun up to 35% from 50% and add full crit resistance while spun up.

Matador

Reduce the smaller explosion radius penalty to 40% from 50% and add a 15% slower firing speed.

Immobile Sentry:
Changing the type of damage resistance would make it slightly more fair, but with full crit resistance would not allow snipers to headshot a heavy. I would use the Battalion's Backup for that effect. So I wouldn't do this.

Matador:
I think the -50% explosion radius is fair, because if you hit enemies directly... the explosion radius is extended by +15%.

So, for the Fighting spirit I have some idea

Turn the damage malus into non-critical damage malus

Remove damage penality, reduce stack damage ugrade

Add : get ammo for secondary/20% charge regen on hit
(Or Attack don't stop charge, who know)

If possible, this blade is ghost, so it should be able to hit multiple target with 1 swing, like using hard-hotter property
