Jarate-Type weapons:
-20% additional radius (3 times, $200 each)
-1 additional carry capacity (3 times, $200 each)

Player:
-Ammo regen (depends on level. level 1 = 1 every 3 seconds, level 2 = 3 every 2 seconds, and level 3 = 6 ammo every 1 second, can be upgraded 3 times, $250 each)
-20% increased money radius (scout, pyro, and spy only; can be upgraded 2 times for scout, and 3 times for pyro and spy, $250 each for scout, and 125 each for pyro and spy)

Engi Primary
-Can destroy sappers from afar (depends, 1 level = kill sappers in 3 hits, 2 levels = kill sappers in 2 hits, 3 levels = kill sapper in 1 hit, $300 each)

Engi PDA:
-Infrared Mode: Sentries can detect disguised spies (1 time, $1000 (because they can see fucking spies))
-Combat Mastery: Increases sentry range by 20%, repair rate by 20%, and DPS by 20% (3 times, $250 each)
-Healing Mastery for Engi: Increases Dispenser's HPS by 20% and dispenser upgrading is reduced by 50% (3 times, $250 each)
-Speed Mastery: Halves teleport wait time, hauling buildings no longer gives a speed penalty, and on hauling, you get a 3 second speedboost (1 time, $500)

- Engineer: 15% additional sapper effectiveness
- Medic: 6 HP regen per second
- Sniper: Immune to headshots
- Spy: Immune to backstabs
(-)At half health: Immediately undisguise and become unable to use disguise pad
(-)While disguised: no health received from any sources except from medics
(-)On backstabing someone: become marked for death for 3 seconds
