Merc's Supplies (All Class):
Add to it "When secondary weapon (excluding demo's primary version in which it would be primary weapon...) slot is pressed you drop a medium ammo pack with a recharge of 15 seconds)

This would reward the user more for equipping the merc's supplies by giving him a larger chance to stay longer in the battle field without having to retreat because your out of ammo or just help out a friendly engineer!

The main buff about shields are changing at will, gettinn a crit or a mini crits on demand and damage resistanve to explosives and fire. Take those buffs away and what do you end up with...

Pick.exe granting health on hit while keeping its current stats gives it a very good utility potentially on par with the Escape Plan and Disciplinary Action and is the best way to go imo.

Indeed, we need more tool melee instead of combat melees

my suggestion for a rework for the pick.exe:
(+) Fire rate increases as health decreases
(+) 75% resistance to knockback when active
(+) On hit: +10 health
(-) Damage decreases as health decreases
(-) This weapon holsters 25% slower

allows you to get up in the face of enemies. i get that the weapon is supposed to be like the eviction notice in that at the cost of less damage overall, you can deal it faster, but the eviction notice was completely unused until it got the speed boost on hit buff. and even then, it's still kind of underused (but that's just because the G.R.U. exists).
