There's nothing wrong with it in my opinion (though i haven't played in the server for a LONG time).

For the Infection how about:
(+) On backstab: bleed for 10 seconds
(+) Doesn't lose disguise on succesful backstab
(-) backstab only does 75% health
I know it's a completely different weapon (it's an AW weapon called Backnacker) but since everyone is complaining on the current Infection it's better to suggest everything.

The Flare Jumper Pyro

A very risked, but very effective loadout for pyro, havalive I can fly

*Backburner or Degreaser
*Flare Jumper
*Axethinguisher or a non reducted damage melee

Pros:
+ A lot of damage in low time if used adequately
+High Mobility
Cons:
- If discovered, must escape
- Requires a lot of experience for dominate

Back Scratcher sounds better.

-99% damage dont affect afterburn damage

A flamethrower that can't flame is weird. How about -99% afterburn damage?
