Life Blood is annoying to fight because of the life leech. reduce it to 33%.
Rage scatter damage is overlooked because of the downsides. Change the max spread to 75% or 50% and maybe remove the clip size penalty.

Remove the Buff Buffer and Olga the Killing Machine
I can't think of any reason why anyone want to remove the Buff Buffer. Either -25% clip size or rage takes x% longer to fill.

L.A.W. needs a little rework:
(+) Shoots 3 rockets at the cost of 1
(-) 15% slower projectile speed for all 3 rockets
(-) 30% less damage for all 3 rockets
(-) 50% less knockback for all 3 rockets
(-) +3 degrees random projectile deviation
(-) 100% slower reload
(-) 75% less clip size

Add -15% damage to Hot Air Balloon and remove the no airblast penalty and change it to -10% or -20% move speed while deployed since you're gonna be flying most of the time.
Repair Node should heal every second instead of every 2 seconds. It's pretty much useless right now.
For Booster Shot's uber maybe +300% healing rate and overheal doesn't decay.
I already posted about this but I'm gonna say it again. Change the damage penalty for the Fat Scout to 25% or just remove it and the damage vulnerability to 50% or 33%. That way you can still put out some actual damage.
