Reduce the damage penalty to 35% and reduce the speed boost to 60%(around the same speed as powerjack pyro), but you still cant use your minigun. How about that?

There's a visual bug causing the engi's gloved hand to disappear:
if you equip a hidden model secondary weapon while having the short circuit on, it'll make your glove hand vanish EXCEPT if your equiping it while holding your primary gun out

Same goes if you touch the resupply afterwards WITHOUT your primary drawn

Hope you can fix this distracting bug soon

The texan hotmaker only ignite when you are at melee range, that suck quite a lot
Increasing the range is better, in TF2 the mesure of disatnce is the hammer called µ

Increase the range to burn it should be the range of a battalion backup, like 800µ
