Like how the Medic is basically dead on sight?

Health kits are impossible to pick up, it's very likely that there's no payload or I'm playing defence, and Engineers are so unpopular and sparse in this gamemode that dispensers are a fucking godsend if they even exist, let alone are actually accessible.

aka team getting punished for being unaware.
A medic-heavy combo is unkillable with the infection as the med heals the heavy, and the heavy heals the med (With the sandvich -> acts like a medpack and cure)
If a spy is running the infection, you'll realise soon enough, and you can adapt by getting a setup that screw him over, or by orbiting around health packs. If however you do not react or do not realise, then you are simply getting punished for being unaware and there is nothing wrong with that, you can only blame yourself. If however you feel like blaming your team for "not having an engineer or medic because they're so unpopular", then there are 2 solutions for you: go one of these classes yourself or turn around more frequently. Both are pretty easy to do.

That's how spy has worked for the past 8 years, awareness saves you, unawareness kills you.

Edit: And again, if you're infected that means you've been backstabbed. A spy with the stock knife would have killed you anyway.

Yeah, for me your not supposed to survive a stab, its just a delay
This weapon is strong for a short amount of time, before someone play medic
For real, this weapon need something more to be perfectly balance
I have told "+50% to +100% melee range"

Giant duke spy (giant size, 80% solidier Health)

(+) on kill : get mini-crit for 5 second
(+) on kill : infinite clip for 5 second
(+) +50% damage
(+) 200 ammo
(-) -25% attack rate

Sapper : Intermission

(+) +30 HP by second

Cloak : Dead ringer

(+) +100% cloak regen
(-) -90% cloak duration

I love the "base" idea, we just need to find a "balanced" verison of it.

For me, the problem is on disable.... Even more glitchy
When you take heal, it take like 10 second to go back to normal
Its unfair for everyone cause you cant play, and get killed by someone Who was just passing here (or tauntkilled for humiliation)
Fix the disable, and remove the slow gived by the disable
Buuuuut ! It need to be balanced, and get a lil'bonus
The disguise was a good idea (if it was fixed for sentry)
Maybe put... The long reach with it ?
It dont instakill so it will be balanced isnt it ? You keep the sneaky attack
And you still give a chance to your victim,
So... +50% or +100% range
Or a wider range

->Deals negative damage, so it heals your enemy instead of damaging
-Can overheal opponents

Ennemies are more oftently full health, so you instakill most of them
I know its troll weapon but -150% is still fine

But its a great idea that could be put on real weapon some days

Dont Worry, if you cant that not a problem
But another thing... This new class killer is a bit Weird and broken for Stop that tank and Saxton cause u know what class ennemies is playing
Also, +100% damage and crit against saxton... Demopan loose against demoknight

So their is 2 ways to modify the infection, stronger killer or more silent

First way, the Chain-Stab

(+) dont loose disguise on backstab
(+) kill timer depend of ennemies health on backstab (30 HP = 1 second of delay, max 10 second for heavy)

still some way to cure
• kill the spy who infected you
  
• get healed by medic (not by dispencer)
  
• take a medi kit

(+) no sound on stab
(-) no backstab, just kill after an amount of time
(-) infection kill only while this weapon is deployed, on switch, infection is cured

Or the most "solo-player got rekt" mode

(+) on stab : victim start loose her Health, 15% of max health each second
(+) you got healed from 10% of your damage With this weapon
(+) get healed on kill with this weapon
(-) no actual backstab
(-) victim notice you easly
(-) drain exist only on close range, and stop drain if you go too far from victim
