I agree, it seems to have no lag compensation, and isn't so reliable
increasing the radius could be a good way to fix it

There's 2 problems with that. We did want to add "-X% primary ammo on wearer", but the problem is that the heavy will still spawn with full ammo. Until that player gets below that "-75%" less ammo, then that effect would kick in and the heavy wouldn't be able to hold only the set amount.

Second, due to "Random crits" vote, we have been forced to keep random crits turned off for now.

Hmmm... I wasn't aware ammo penalties worked that way here. I guess you could still have the -50% damage penalty for primary weapon then.
The only thing I really want to see changed is the amount of kills required, 10 is asking too much.

when ammo penalty are indirect, it work like that on weapon with no back clip
