yeah, for rasputin's gift I would add Quick-fix passive for gain speed while healing
and increase a bit the Shield Generation rate
their is also many things who can be add to the shield

Airblast player who try to go trougth walls

That a good idea, but total remove fire might be good
-99% damage dont affect afterburn damage

Yeah but on the code, its different for the code I think
Anyway, if reflect rocket could be homming it would be a great tweaks to add
For me its a gud idea to make it more played for counter LAW

Make all reflected projectiles heat-seeking. Right now this weapon sucks. A lot. With this you can really utilize your airblast. Imagine the Beggar's Reflect Teamwipes

I do plan on adding "Reflected Projectiles become full Crits instead of Mini-Crits" because the Push Over is looking like a simple verison of the Pilot Light from AW. It COULD be changed to "heat-seeking", Orion has made Homing Projectiles.

I just think that this weapon can be removed now, we have the jumper flare
New flamethrower for replace it ?
Because, even with low gravity, it will only be a kid weapon where the other would take the jumper flare

I don't know what you are referring as "old version", but the only reason that is happening is because of TF2, not plugin, or maybe tf2items/sourcemod, but that's it. I also have that 'bug' and we don't have the same version of plugins.

Im refering to the number 13 with 100% ignite on hit for 3 second
before the patch
