How about we have one server for official maps, one server for official mvm maps, and two more for community maps and community mvm maps? Or just put community and official as one server? Or maybe normal gamemode server, mvm server,and a third for the other gamemodes such as mannpower, player/robot destruction, unique community maps/gamemodes, halloween, medieval,special delivery, pass time, etc.Also I get think putting all of the official maps in first is a good idea.

It's a funny one to use, really different from the other rocket launcher, also really usefull for some situation

(-) between -25% and -35% projectile speed (each one have a random value)

A more focused Beggar, the random projectile speed penalties allow you to destroy a zone with explosion, maybe this is to close from whats already made but well...

Solidier Rocket launcher

(+) on kill : the victim drop a small grenade
(+) blast spawn small grenade depending to your clip (from 1 to 4)
(+) +50% ammo carried
(+) +20% reload rate
(-) on fire : empty your clip
(-) no direct blast damage, only grenade

Small grenade are like the Ground Breaker, they deal 50% of the damage and have 50% blast radius, on a rocket launcher it's fair enougth i guess

Enchanced Necrosmasher
Mostly all class, not a good idea for hoovy

(+) on hit : mark the victim
(+) on crit : stun the victim for 1 second
(+) on alt+fire press : spawn a necrosmasher ready to smash above all marked players
(-) can kill allies
(-) -66% crit damage
(-) necrosmash yourself if your dumb
(-) -15% attack rate
(-) cost 25% of your health to activate the necrosmashing
