How about this change... your thoughts?
(+) Recieve a speed boost and infinite air jumps while cloaked
(+/-) Unlimited cloak as long as you have health
(-) 10 health drained per second while cloaked

Infinite Air Jumps seems crazy OP. Maybe reduce the health drain rate but have the air jumps cost health?

reduce health cost to 7, but jump cost 10 ! (third jump attribut)
or we will get unreachable flying spy over the battle field

Yay the tank will be nerfed !
I used to get 10 kill streak with medic !
