Danger Ranger
(+) 25% damage bonus while in the air
(+) 25% damage resistance while in the air
(+) 50% higher rocket jump
(-) 50% damage penalty while on the ground
(-) 50% damage vulnerability while on the ground

I will start this off.... so at the moment you can just jump and get the bonuses because before the "Tough Break" update, the bonuses would trigger just like the Reserve Shooter. But since Valve updated it so the minicrits from the Reserver Shooter would only trigger at the correct times, hopefully the Danger Ranger will also be corrected.

At the moment, I believe some people this it's OP... but what if the "while in the air" is corrected, so you just can't jump and get the bonuses?

Isn't that an easy fix? Just make the bonuses apply only while explosive jumping?
