The Chain-Saw Gun
(That's a pun! Chain guns exist! They're...they're miniguns! The...the pun isn't all that great.)
Heavy Primary
(Basically just a chainsaw! I saw the model somewhere forever ago but I can't find it at the moment, sorry!)

+Revving up causes causes the player to gain a speedboost similar to the Disciplinary Action or the Concheror.
+65% Damage
+Kills recharge %10 of POWER meter

-Huge amount of damage falloff and spread
-10% Move speed
-20% Revving up speed

Must be charged by the POWER meter, which fills up every ten seconds. After the meter is drained you no longer gain the speed boost until the meter is filled again.

Basically, it's got the properties of a Demoknight shield without actually being one. It lets Heavy ram into enemies and take them out but at the cost of range and base speed. I think it could be fun!
(Also pretty sure it can be programmed without any new attributes, I don't think.)

The Slavic Meteor
Heavy Primary

+15% move speed
+Pressing CROUCH in mid-air will spawn a parachute (addcond 80!)

-Replaces the Minigun
-Parachute can not be stored until you hit the ground
(This is actually part of the addcond itself! No additional programming required for that.)

Just a simple No Model, Hidden Weapon item I've suggested before, and actually played with, too. It's a lot of fun! Even if you don't add it you should try it sometime. It uses an attribute already in the game and it just requires some way to add a condition while crouching, and that's it. Should be easy enough to program in!

Well, the damage vulnerability and such is to signify "Hey, if you want to stop the Buff kill the super-vulnerable Soldier," like the weak point of a boss.

Well, I mean, you don't really have to refute his opinion by paraphrasing it in a condescending way.

Anyhow, the Buff Buffer thing makes sense, honestly. Have that huge buff for everyone but not for you seems like a good tradeoff. Maybe you could add on to that by adding a damage vulnerability while using the buff as well? (For the Soldier, at least.)
