The only one and true desicion is to create a new site with new bots with better protection, but still you should leave the claimed items to users that lost their items on bots, there's no many of them. When items will be available to users that claimed their items before - you'll give it to them. That's all.

OMG hahaha, i have been clicking on the site now about twice a day since bots got banned, and the sight went down, i clicked on it this morning and the site was back up, so i got hell ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ excited, then to see its the exact same as it was before, could not claim my items, and couldnt bet, and the odd were 0.00% and 0.00% :(((((((((( Lets hope it gets fixed soon.
