The first of many updates from the council. We are currently awaiting the rest of the founding arbiters to join the group. Their codenames are listed below (subject to change in the future). The physic symbol I sent will reach them and will lead them to this group

Future Arbiters will have to go through the trials listed in the application process or be sworn in by a majority of members.

NOTICE:
Article 1 is in effect, where a council member is allowed to take full charge in the absence, which is a 1 week non-discussion period, or approval by a majority of other members with condition for it to end. It can also be employed in the small-scale if a council member is the only one present in a group, collective, or organization.

I, Council member 1, employed with full charge as a result of being the only present standing Arbiter, decree this status will be removed when all other arbiters join or at my discretion.
