Welcome to COIN!

We here at the Co-op Institute believe that gaming is better together. To that end, we would like to invite you to make use of this space to meet up, plan games (including digital and tabletop!) and to catch up with friends in a place that's not Facebook.

We would also very much like for this place to become an archive of content created by you, our members! Reviews, industry thoughts, guides, or even your favorite LoL build or Payday 2 talents all belong here. Share with us, we want to see what you think!

We are a private group, but are always looking for new members! After our initial enrollment, we will take new members on a case by case basis. All new members will be required to have at least 2 current members as sponsors.

Good News Everyone!

Let me start off by stating that I hope you all read the headline to this in your best "Hubert Farnsworth" monologue voice :)

A few exciting things are coming down the pipeline for us. First, let me just say this: I am proud, surprised, and thrilled with our events and participation thus far! I have met some awesome new folks, and am impressed with the momentum some of our ongoing events have garnered! I know we have a few folks still hanging out at the sidelines/rafters/wallflowering, and that is just fine. I would like to reach out to each and every one of you, and invite you to join us for a scheduled event, post on the forums, or even PM some of us! Most of us don't bite :)

Ok, on to actual news.

We will be opening up membership invite priviledges within the next week or so, to allow those who are already members of our group to invite their friends to join us here at COIN! While there are more details regarding this, we'll save them for another announcement later this month.

What I really want to chat at you guys about is this: The Capn here has ended up with some extra games of various types, and can't think of a better thing to do than to gift them to YOU! With that in mind, COIN will be doing some random give-aways of great games over the next few weeks as well! I already have quite a few prizes in the pipeline... stay tuned and check the forums/your messages to see if you have nabbed yourself a game or two!

In closing, I'm happy you are all here. The admin team is happy you are all here. Go play and have fun, and remember: gaming is better, together. Thanks!

Hey guys. Been a but of a wallflower ere and havent intended to. So in effort of being a productive member of the group id like to start participating a but more as well as streaming on good ol Twitch.tv.

Our shenbanigans shall go reported and perhaps we can entertain eachother as we go. Maybe if someone cant play they can watch us from work.

Hey everyone! Holidays are impending! Hope you all have your shopping done, and are settling in for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

Special shoutout to member Garr for nabbing the top spot in Syder Arcade global rankings for survival! Feats of daring-do like that are few and far between! Well done good sir!
