A group deticated to people who love to conch holes and thus avoid paying any toll that may be on the way to the hole, or just people that love to conch holes, and not pay tolls, both being completely seperate yet equally enjoyable actions. You have to like both of the actions despite the distinguishment between the two.If you like to conch holes you can join, and if you only do not pay tolls you are also welcome but will be slightly less respected compared to people that conch holes and do not pay the toll in the same instance. If you conch holes and didn't pay for multiple tolls on the way to said hole(s) you will be immediately praised and awarded a custom sifter. It's a pretty good sifter, and it can be used for sifting most things except marbles that are cut in half.
