6/28 - Hello everyone! I hope you all enjoying a fun summer and hopefully spending more time outdoors. I was able to play and beat Amnesia: Rebirth before it fell into backlog status. Mixed feelings, but I'm glad I played it. As a cool down game, I've been playing Dead by Daylight on PS4. I'm loving it! The game I have beaten today was Slender: The Arrival. I fell terrible it took me as long as it did to beat this. It is so short! The last time I played it, I was too scared to continue. However, after talking to my family about Marble Hornets and The Eight Pages, I thought I should go back and finish it. I was less than an hour from finishing. However it is done now! Yay! I don't know what I'll play next but I'll keep you posted!

5/20 - Little Nightmares II

I'm still here! This wonderful gem of the game became backlog because I couldn't bear to finish it too quickly...then I forgot about it for a couple months. This game is great and creepy. It opens up so many questions and I hope there will be a Little Nightmares III someday.

First game of the year is Little Nightmares on the PS4. I feel terrible it took me this long to beat it. It is a short, sweet, and horrific game that took me less than four hours to finish. To be fair, I played it mostly because I am very excited to play Little Nightmares 2. Played the demo and loved it! Seriously, I would love to crochet a Six and Mono!

The game I am playing now is Amnesia: Rebirth.

Well here we are near the end of the year, and I basically played games for fun this year, not necessarily for completion sake. However I did beat Alien Isolation. Or heart attack simulator. I just saw the films Alien and Aliens for the first time this year and I got the bug to go back and face the game. Its scary, atmospheric, and wonderful. I look forward to accomplishing a platinum run in the future. Best game of hide and seek ever.

Really curious about your opinion on RE3 remake, I've heard plenty of mixed things about it, been considering getting this summer sale, but not entirely sure.

I really liked it. It is a summer sale kind of game. It is not going to win GOTY awards like RE2 did, but its very good. I did not have the opportunity to play the original fully, so I don't know all the changes. To compare it to RE2 seems unfair, but it is less scary, has more thrilling action, and is shorter since there is only one campaign. However, the combat was great, I loved the cast, and the replayability was HIGH. You complete challenges to unlock skins, weapons, and perks and I loved that. My husband bought me the game week 1 it was out and I played it more than enough to get the $60 out of it.

I platinumed GRIS and RE3 remake on PS4. This "quarantine" has been a good excuse to hammer away on the games I love.

OK I'm back!....sort of. I've been tackling the Steam backlog on my PS4. I really just need to get myself a nice gaming chair so I'll tackle the stagnant PC backlog. Here's what I've played and beaten recently

GRIS: This may be the most beautiful game I have ever played. I owned the vinyl before the game and adored the music. When I bought it on Steam and saw it, I knew I wanted it on my 60" TV. This game is a must play.

Dishonored: I had the PS3 version but the controller didn't feel right in my hand. Soooo...I got the PS4 remastered edition and plowed through it in nearly a day. While I definitely liked it, I wish I liked it more. I beat it on Easy and this game was hard for me. Even with all the super duper powers, I felt this game would be more fun in the hands of a more inventive gamer.
