Who are you people?
We are a third party help center in no way affiliated with Steam, Valve, or any of thier affiliates. We are genorous of our time and help.

What do you do?
We go onto community hubs and find out who has problems with any games. If people have bugs, we'd know a fix for them. If someone needed help, we wouldn't call anyone a mindless noob. We'd help them. Any way possible.

How do you do what you do?
Google, mostly, but prior knowledge helps even more in these types of situations where you can't 100% trust the Internet.

Why do you do what you do?
Mostly because we want to help the gamers of the Steam community. Some other group members have other motives, but that sums it up.

Can the Steam community members trust this service?
It is completely up to them to decide if they want to take our advice or not. Sometimes, they don't take our word for it... that can be a bummer. What do we do? We don't care... really, we don't. We keep doing our part. No matter what.
