Steam group for terrible CoH players

Just wanted to warn everyone that there's a disgusting pervert on the loose, going after people in Leyland (not sure if that's what he's limiting himself to). I was driving my car on Golden Hill Ln (between Wheelton and Churchill) around 4pm when this lad came up walking what looked like an abused Westie. He tapped on my window and asked me if I knew how to get to the SAS gym. Anyways, while I'm explaining how, he pulled his cargo shorts down all the way and I see him stroking his penis with a wink on his face. I'm like, "Seriously?!" and sped away. I reported it to the bobbies and apparently this happened to two older women nearby TODAY. So yeah. ♥♥♥♥ that guy. If you see anything suspect involving a young guy walking a Westie, and also happen to see his face too (he's young, white, looks about 14-20 years old, kinda malnourished looking and obviously, no pants) please report it to the cops so no other human has to go through what I (or the old women ) went through. :|
