Hey it's cubis here. Today Portal along with some other Valve games, was updated to support Steampipe. This means that the game now uses Valve's new, more efficient VPK format to store files instead of the old GCF method. But this also broke many mods that were relying on these GCF's to load content. It was a simple fix though and you can download the updated version if you wish at the link above.
Another neat thing is that Cloned Cube should support Mac and Linux now!
