There are many groups out there on steam. Ones to congregate fans of games, movies, memes, even Steam itself. This is not one of those groups.
This is a group dedicated to singing praises to a hat and the man who inspired it.
That man is M. Bison(or Raul Julia, Or Yoshinori Ono, whomever is your preference),

There are prerequisites for getting into this group
To get in, you can:
1. Watch "Street Fighter, The Movie" 72 times, in a row (in order to memorize each and every line. It's important for strategy!)
2. Record yourself performing a monologue of Raul Julia's legendary speech, OF COURSE, in the vein of Yoshinori Ono. (Strategy!)

Oh, and... uh, have a clean Team Captain. I think that's sort of important and was implied, but I've been told that I'm not very clear.
