Valve has officaly released a training map for
TF2. TR_Walkway is a corador that NPC's (Bots) run down for you to take pot shots at and train your sratagies.

Sniper Spy Milestones

If you right click TF2 in your games tab at the moment and go to the update news it will say that new milestones have been added to the game to work as a allternate method to recieve your weapons. The milestones are earnt at 5, 11 and 17 achievments. Go check it out.
