I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet in a vigorous excersise routine. In the morning if my butt is a little puffy i put on an ice pack when im doing my butt chrunches, i can do a thousand now. After i remove the icepack i use a pore cleanser lotion, in the shower i use a water activated gel, then a body almond butt scrub and on the crack an exfoliating gel scrub.
Then I apply an herb mint butt masque which I leave on for ten minutes whileI prepare the rest of my butt routine. I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your butt out and makes it look older. Then moisturizer, then ananti-aging butt balm, followed by a finalmoisturizing protective lotion.
