The clan made 17,959 gold this month. 3554 of that was taxed at 50%, The remaining 14,405 was taxed at 25%. For a total payout of 12,580. You will see 3 numbers after your name. The first number is your share of the total payout based on the number of times you participated this month. The second number is the percentage of your share you get based on reaching your goal in skrimishes. The third number is how much gold you actually get.

There where 5 sundays this month. Meaning each week was worth 20%. Everyone automatically got the first 3 weeks. And the last 2 weeks where based on skrimish participation of atleast 25 industrial resources per week.

After Participation, Event, and Stronghold payouts. the treasury is down to 45,996. Meaning next month the first 4004 will be taxed at 50%, With any aditional being taxed at 25%.

Clan Wars 2.0 gold payout changes

Now that the 2.0 map has gone live. And the new rules regarding clan wars with influence. Influence will play a key role in being able to do clan wars. As it cost influence to maintain battalions and upgrade territories.

We have already started paying up to 2,000 gold per week for top earners in strongholds as an incentive to play strongholds to gain influence.

To further increase increase the incentive to play strongholds and gain influence we will be instituting a new rule. You must earn 25 industrial resources per week to be eligible to receive monthly clan wars gold. Which works out to around 3 battles per week (or 1 win in a tier8 or 10). Each week will earn you a percentage of your gold payout depending on how many Sundays are in the month. IE each month will have 4-5 Sundays per month. On a 4 Sunday month each week is worth 25%, on a 5 Sunday month each week is worth 20% .

Meaning if you are supposed to earn 3,000 gold that month based on participation On a 4 Sunday month. The first week you earned 100 industrial resources. The second week you earned 150, The third week you earned. 20, The Fourth week you earned 50. That means you would be eligible to receive 75% of your gold for that month. Meaning you would get paid 2250 gold.

Hoping to make clan wars tonight, but doubt i'll be able to make the early ones. The wife and I need to meet some people regarding baby stuff...

So, I decided to set out and build a app that would alert when clan wars battles were about to pop... But I decided to do some research first. Found that someone else had already invented this wheel:

There is a paid and free version, you just put in the clan name (no need to log in) and it will alert you based on your own preferences. I have mine set to tell me 15 minutes before our battle begins.

The main purpose is to take the guessing out of when a battle will be. This way, while waiting the unknown amount of time between battles, I can do other things at home and just come to my PC when I get said alert.

This makes Clan Wars just a bit more family friendly, IMO.
