INTENSE URGENT ITEM HUNT

So until I get it worked out where BB and Bread can make announcments I'll be making them for the time being. What follows is a message from BB.

Ahem.

" Hello this is BB and there is a cosmetic item I've been looking for and I think I've found a way to get it but I require assistance in this trial. Now all you lovely people have to do to help is check and see if you have the 'Bumper To Bumper To Bumper' achievement in the halloween pack, and if you don't GREAT cus you'll be able to help me :). Now when you get said achievement you'll get a special halloween cauldron that has 3 items in it and there's a chance of getting the Hundkopf (which is what I'm looking for). So if you kind people can do this for me I would love you forever! Time's a ticking so please help a birb out."
