Css Source cal o team

Well week 2 is in the books and i have to say it was another disapointing loss for us. I was impressed with the way we didn't give up and made the other team fight for every point but people made some stupid mistakes...and i was one of them..

Me: played my spots ok but on ct side i was worried about kills... was way too nervous to start out but calmed down in the end of the ct side. Lost my cool a little too much and should have talked more.

Stalker: Held spot well on ct side... needed to talk more and be more vocal has great potential...needs someone to play off him so he can play like i know he can...Frustation like just like it does with me kills us

Millions: Made some sick shots on kittie and always let us know where the team was. Very vocal and always on and dedicated to whatever i say which is awsome and shows dedication. Made some silly mistakes like going sewers when we were rushing. Just like me and stalker.. need chemistry to play to his potential.

JAZZ: JAZZ got the player of the game from me. Played amazing on ct side getting 2-3 entry kills before dieing and helping us have a chance in every round. Acutally listen and played his spot and rushed when i wanted him to. Was the last guy 80% of the time due to kills and staying where he was suppose to play. Sometimes tried to be the hero too much and played 1 on 5 but this didn't happen often. came through when we needed him to great job jazz

Ecko: Came through with no warm up and played pretty well. Made shots when we needed them but often tried to do his own thing or was too busy due to work and other obligations that made it hard for him to know what we were doing on both sides. Skill is probably one of the best we have on the team and knows how to listen. Needs to be more vocal during matches>>love ya kid

We didn't play to our potentiel.. we went intot he matchin looking at the team as scrubs and we got owned. We need to put more practice time and gover over strat after strat till we get sick. This is my fault not picking starters due to lack of peopel online. We will have practice probably 2 days a week and we will scrim but we will also strat for a long time. We didn't use smokes like we should...we didn't make shots.. I as a leader haven't done a good job and i apologize. I will be more dedicated to this team. We need more dedication though from everyone. I know everyone has a life besides cs but if we want to make im we need to play alot more as a team.
