Any member of the group can post announcements, so you don't have to wait for admin to host one. Abuse this and you'll be kicked. Post the string and lock it when 5 other people join (so theres three pairs in the game). If someone is late, they can stick around and spec but the non-late takes priority. The last two people to join TEAMS (NOT SPEC YE) must spec. They then verse the winning team.
Med+Solly switch places on teams every round, unless they are both happy with their spot.

Advice on hosting: Servers can be booked from the ozfortress mirc channel (if you don't know how to do that google it i cbf explaining). Type this into console:
rcon sv_password [choose some stupid password, i usually use true stuff like chazisanob and capslikesmen]
rcon changelevel koth_ultiduo_r_b7
rcon say chaz is a nob

Then announce on here and you're set =] (try not to invent a new brand of pug like I did)
