[bmtz] will be needing a starting member for the upcoming tournament. Currently, we have three starting members which include Grey Goose, Antares, and I. Our 4th member is yet to be decided, but if you are interested, message me no later than July 13. I want to have at least 2 weeks of practice and planning before the tournament.

Unlike the 2011 ka_knife Tournament, !V! Velocity will be hosting a Map Rotation Tournament. The matches will consist of 2 halves, which are 15 rounds each. Teams will switch sides at half time. Whichever team reaches 16 rounds in total first, will advance on the bracket list. In case of a tie, teams will go into overtime, which is best of 3 rounds. This will be a Double Elimination Tournament. The losers bracket will play in the same format, although with 9 round halves, and 10 round total to advance. All maps selected will have bomb/defuse objectives.

● Roundtime set at 1:30 (90 seconds).
● C4 timer set at 0:45 (45 seconds). Defuse kits not provided.
● Airaccelerate set at 100.
● Forcecam set at 1.
● CVAR Checker is ACTIVE.
● Dedicated Admins will be present.
● Slashing is ALLOWED.
● Ghosting is prohibited. Spectators will not be allowed.
● Team subsitutions are allowed, if a team member in play has left the Server.
● Short-handed teams during a match will be given 5 minutes to produce a team member or the match resumes.
● Forfeiting will be given as an option to any short-handed team that has failed to produce a team member after 5 minutes.
● All matches will be hosted in the !V! Velocity Private Server [Chicago].
● HLTV will be provided for those wishing to watch the matches live
