We have been wrongfully banned from VAC, and want answers..

Since I had created my account 4 years ago, I had always had an appreciation for Valve Anti-Cheat, it was the system put in place that allowed me to play my games without having to deal with hackers.

However, just a few days ago, this changed.

On March 28th, 2011 a VAC ban was put in place on my account on all Source Engine games. This ban was unprecedentedly false and Steam Support refused to investigate the situation or provide any info as to how it happened.

We are not hackers, we are legitimate gamers, we have confidently purchased games from Steam's service without having to fear losing the ability to play them later.

We want answers, and we want them now. If you have been VAC banned for no apparent reason, FIGHT for your right to play the games you rightfully purchased. Do not be forced into silence by the incompetence of Steam Support.
