Learn to play like a REAL Merc!

(This is a fairly new group as of now, but we will try our best to make this the most helpful place to help new players by having mentors, Steam guides, events, etc. We want to cover almost every area of the game. We are just trying to find a way to do that. But for now, we will show how to play the classes correctly, and how basic game modes are done.)








Listen up, maggots! Are you new to Team Fortress 2? Do you want to be better at it? Do you want to be taught by experienced players? Are the questions I am asking relevant to your person interests in a video game? If the answer is yes to any of those totally-relevant questions to you, then this is the group for you!

This group's goal is to teach new players about Team Fortress 2, but in many ways. We will have experienced TF2 veterans teach you the ways of many aspects of the game. Mann vs. Machine, Class mechanics, Trading, Weapons, and most importantley, HATS! (Okay, maybe not hats.)

Hat giveaways may be a thing in the future. (Hey, you wanna look stylish, right?)

ATTENTION TF2 VETERANS: If you want to assist in teaching new players how the game works, add Gamer to discuss. You need to apply first.

Any teacher is either an Administrator or a Moderator.

But yes, any new player is welcome to join here, but there are rules to go by here:

RULES FOR NEW PLAYERS:
- You want to learn how to be more experienced at TF2, and are willing to commit just some time into it.
- Do NOT add any administrators or moderators to ask questions or to personally teach you. We will have a pinned discussion on certain topics, to which the admins/mods will reply to.
- Obviously, some of you may know how parts of the game works, but others may not. Please respect other players who know less about the game than you do.


RULES FOR APPLYING TEACHERS:
- You must have at least 500 Hrs. on TF2
- You need the basic know-how of the game. A class' basics, gameplay knowledge, etc.
- You can not of played almost all the game extensively on trade/idle/heavily modded servers.
- Always be respectful when trying to teach new players. Things that may seem obvious to you doesn't mean they understand it.
