3. Your age must be over 14
4. Be prepared for everyday training from 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm London time
5. Your rank must NOT be silver, only Gold Nova +
6. 100+ games won
7. No swearing
8. Knowledge of positions on any map
9. 300+ hours in CS GO
