Arpegi is a roleplaying/social chat forum created by NekoJonez and MiseryLC, the admins of this wondrous place. From its birth, it has been bustling with members like you and I. It's a friendly place filled with humorous, eccentric people that welcome you with open arms. However, during the Spring/Summer of 2012, Arpegi's lovely little community began to decline, only several regulars visit every now and then. ALTHOUGH! Arpegi does not give up. Even now, there are constant modifications, improvements, and upgrades in accordance with the communities' tastes and preferences.
