Voxx managed to reach Mark and got this response:

Glad to hear people are enjoying the world of Armada together. Roger will probably not work on Armada this year, and maybe half of next year. Password recovery is unlikely.

We mostly do iphone contract jobs to get by. Did you try developing something in Unity? It makes the process easier.
