Hackers & Reset

So yesterday we had a hacker join the server. To nobody's surprise said hackers IP originated from Korea. I managed to completely blacklist that country! We shouldn't have anymore problems and to be completely safe I finally got admin permissions set up and gave them to Selena. I'm still looking for a few moderators for when I or Selena is asleep.

Now on to the next part...

The reset is currently scheduled for when Alpha 15 comes out. The Fun pimps are aiming for the end of the month. Alot of people on the server were greeted and. The update is still over two weeks away. So; should we wipe the server or should we just tough it out for another 2 weeks?

I'd also like to add that there was an update that fixed the glitch maps and bikes falling through the earth; but the server would have to be updated to do so.

So YES or NO?

PvP Changes/LNS System (Please Read)

PvP Rules:
- Raiding is allowed EVERYWHERE
- PvP is now GLOBAL
- PvP remains full loot
- After a death/kill there will be a Loot'N'Scoot system*
- Use of spikes in towns/hubs is okay, but please remove them after
- Any player below level 5 is off-limits (no killing the fresh players)
- Griefing of any kind will not be tolerated

*Loot'N'Scoot:
LNS is a system that has been adapted from other games, and you may be familiar with how it works, but just in case, here's an example.

PlayerA kills PlayerB and loots the bag

PlayerB announces that they are "LNS" in chat and is allowed to run in, grab their remaining belongings, and leave the area.

If Player A, C, D, or any others kill PlayerB it is considered griefing

If PlayerB returns to the area, engages in combat, or does not announce that they are LNS, they can still be killed
