You yell at your team if you lose.
You tell everybody that they suck ass, even though you haven't even got 1 kill yet.
The only weapon you'll touch is a power weapon.

How to Cure Noobism:
Drop the RPG, pick up a gun.
Learn correct grammar.

Learn to take it if you lose.
