Central Organization of our translation efforts

The German Translation has hit a big milestone, the translation of the entire game is finished. And everything has been controlled two times by myself, the translator.

But since we strive for higher quality, the current version is only a beta and will be controlled by another person entirely, to hopefully weed out the last remaining errors or translation mishaps.

The plan is to get the final version out this week.
