Joker's story

The only thing we can be sure about Joker's past is how it happened to him. Before turning into a crazy clown, he was a criminal known as Red Hood. During the attempt to escape Batman, Joker fell into a chemical boiler, from which he came out with completely white skin, green hair and with a disturbing smile. However, his definitive story never deviated from the path of crime and his identity was not disclosed. The most known version of Joker's past is the one presented in the work of Alan Moore - Batman: The Killing Joke. We meet there a former employee of the Ace Chemicals factory, who abandoned his work for the career of a comedian, which in turn caused him only problems and despair. Determined to support his pregnant wife, the man agrees to help in the robbery of his former workplace. When it is too late, the other way round, he learns about the death of his beloved. The attack itself is interrupted by the guards and Batman. The former comedian tries to escape, but falls into a boiler full of dangerous chemicals, and the person who comes out of it is certainly not the same man ...
