Alphabirth isn't working at all for me. None of the items do anything. Enemies don't move and just stay still.

Howdy i was playing yesterday and i found a bug. The item Leaking Bombs will take away contact damage from items. I realized it when i picked up Mom's Knife and it just caused the item to not work at all. I also had the cube of meat, the cube would still protect me from shoots but it didnt do any damage. I know it is this item because it was the only modded item i had and when i removed the item in the command promt it fixed my issue.
